He brings over 25+ years of experience in the medical device/blood and cell / healthcare and other industries range from creating and running businesses, general management, strategic marketing, product management, sales and new business development, business process consulting, manufacturing, R&D and operations. Having worked in various parts of the world he brings a unique perspective and understanding of various cultures and people.
Chetan is a member of the Executive Team of Terumo BCT and is trained as a LEAN Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.
He has an MBA (cum laude) from Babson College, an M.S. in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, and a B.S. (Gold Medalist) in Polymer Engineering from the University of Poona, India.
Chetan is an avid reader and is an amateur numismatist and is based in Colorado.

In her recent roles in Microsoft & Infineum, she had successfully led finance transformation through outsourcing, optimizing resources & process improvements.
Faith received a Bachelor degree in accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Manoj A

Manoj started his career as a Production engineer in Penpol in 1986 in the early days of establishing blood bags factory. He played a key role in the company in developing and establishing manufacturing processes, Quality systems, Quality Assurance, Product Development, Regulatory and Engineering. Following the joint venture, he was instrumental in transferring Terumo technology to India.
Manoj held various positions in Terumo Penpol including head of Factory, Production, Quality, Product Development, Project Management and Management representative. He has wide international experience including working in Middle East in Senior Management position in medical device domain. He has extensive experience in developing products and process and establishing medical device facilities and Quality systems.
He is a member of several committees of Bureau of Indian Standards, a trained medical device auditor, lead auditor for QMS and Life member of IIIE.
Manoj has a bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Trivandrum and Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Engineering from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology, Chennai.
